iPhone 15 Not Turning On

🔍 Step 1: Identify the Symptom

• Black screen, totally unresponsive: Dead battery or frozen boot — start with charging

🔌 Step 2: Charge — The Most Common Fix

The iPhone 15 uses USB-C for the first time. Charging issues are slightly more common as users transition from Lightning accessories:

2. Use a 20W or higher USB-C power adapter for fastest reliable charging
