iPhone Live Text Not Working - Complete Fix Guide

📋 Requirements for Live Text

• iPhone Model: iPhone XS/XR or newer (requires A12 Bionic chip or later)
• iOS Version: iOS 15 or later
• Language: Supported languages include English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and more

✅ Enable Live Text

1. Open Settings
2. Tap General
3. Tap Language & Region
4. Enable Live Text

Also check Camera settings:

1. Settings → Camera
2. Enable Show Detected Text

🔧 Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check Supported Apps

Live Text works in:

• Camera app (viewfinder)
• Photos app
• Safari (images on websites)
• Quick Look / Files
• Messages (images)

2. Look for the Live Text Icon

When text is detected, you'll see a small icon in the corner of the image (looks like lines of text in a box). Tap it to select text.

3. Ensure Good Image Quality

• Text must be clearly visible and in focus
• Low light or blurry images may not work
• Very small or stylized fonts may not be recognized
• Handwriting recognition is limited

4. Restart iPhone

1. Press and hold Side Button + Volume Up
2. Slide to power off
3. Wait 30 seconds, turn back on
