- eSIM + physical SIM: iPhone XS, XR, 11, 12, 13, SE (2nd/3rd gen)

eSIM often activates after a restart.

🔧 Fix #6: Reset Network Settings
This often fixes stubborn eSIM issues:
- Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone
- Tap Reset → Reset Network Settings
- Enter your passcode
- Reconnect to Wi-Fi after reset
Note: This erases Wi-Fi passwords but keeps your eSIM.
🗑️ Fix #7: Remove and Re-add eSIM
If nothing else works, remove and re-add your eSIM:
- Settings → Cellular
- Tap your eSIM line
- Scroll down, tap Delete eSIM
- Contact your carrier or use their app to get a new eSIM

Some carriers have specific requirements:
- Account must be active — Check for payment issues

Contact your carrier if you get "eSIM cannot be added" errors.
