Method 1: Quick Start (Recommended)

  1. Charge BOTH iPhones to 100% (or plug both in)
  2. Wi-Fi + Bluetooth on for both
  3. Turn on new iPhone → 'Hello' screen
  4. Bring old iPhone close to new → 'Set Up New iPhone' card appears on old
  5. Tap Continue → camera on new iPhone shows blue cloud → point old iPhone camera at it
  6. Enter old passcode on new device

Method 2: iCloud Backup Restore

  1. Old iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → iCloud Backup → Back Up Now

  3. Set up new iPhone
  4. 'Restore from iCloud Backup' → sign in Apple ID → pick latest backup
  5. Wait 1-3 hours
