iPhone 14 Plus Screen Replacement
Replace your cracked iPhone 14 Plus display. This larger 6.7-inch model shares many characteristics with the standard iPhone 14 but requires a different screen assembly.
🚨 Important Warnings:
- Screen parts are NOT interchangeable with iPhone 14
- Face ID module must be transferred carefully
- True Tone requires Apple programming to restore
- Display serial pairing will show warning

- Brightness: 800 nits typical, 1200 nits HDR
- Notch: Standard notch (not Dynamic Island)
14 Plus vs 14 Pro Max Differences
Key differences from 14 Pro Max:
- Notch instead of Dynamic Island
- 60Hz instead of 120Hz ProMotion
- Different camera configuration
- Screens are NOT interchangeable
Tools Required
- Pentalobe screwdriver (P2)
- Tri-point Y000 screwdriver
- Phillips #000 screwdriver
- Suction cup
- Plastic pry tools / spudger
- Tweezers
- Heat gun or iOpener
- Magnetic mat
- iPhone 14 Plus replacement screen
Replacement Steps
- Power off the iPhone completely
- Remove the two pentalobe screws at the bottom
- Heat the edges thoroughly (larger display = more adhesive)
- Use suction cup and pick to open from left side
- Support display at 90° - cables on right
- Remove battery connector bracket and disconnect battery
- Remove display cable bracket and disconnect all cables
- Transfer Face ID/earpiece assembly to new display
- Reconnect all cables in reverse order
- Test display before sealing
- Apply new adhesive and close carefully
Post-Repair Considerations
⚠️ After replacing the screen:
- Settings will show "Unknown Part" message
- True Tone will be disabled unless reprogrammed
- Auto-brightness behavior may change
- Face ID should work if module transferred correctly
