- Tap + (top right) → Debit/Credit Card
- Use camera or manually enter card
- Bank verifies via SMS or app

Express Transit Mode (Game-Changer)
Settings → Wallet → Express Transit Card → pick a card. Now tap iPhone on subway/bus reader without unlocking. NYC, Chicago, SF, London, Tokyo, Beijing, etc. Saves 3 seconds × 200 trips/yr = 10 minutes saved/yr — worth it for the convenience.
Apple Cash Tips
Apple Cash is a virtual debit card in Wallet. Send/request money in iMessage. No fees for instant transfer to other Apple users. Apple Cash Family lets you give kids spending money with limits.
Security Settings (Critical)
- Don't enable Express Mode for credit cards — only debit/transit (limits liability)
- Set transaction notifications — Wallet app immediately
- Use Hide My Email for online payments — Apple Pay supports it
- Enable Stolen Device Protection (iOS 17.3+) — protects Apple Pay too
